Security or privacy incident
Use the subject “Security incident” or “Privacy request.” Do not email passwords, access tokens, full medical records, or unnecessary patient identifiers.
Clinical safety
Kimun is not an emergency service. For urgent patient care, follow your organization’s emergency procedures and approved communication channels.
Institutional customers
Contracted support levels, continuity targets, onboarding, integrations, and escalation contacts are governed by the applicable order or institutional agreement.
